Returning an Item or Order Purchased from Skate Bootique or SkateBootique.com

You can exchange or return your item either in our physical store in Rødovre or by post within 30 days of receiving your order.

If you wish to return an item/order, simply follow our return process by clicking the appropriate returns portal below. You will be asked to enter your order number and select the product(s) you wish to return.

If you would like to return an item/order in our store, please remember to bring your receipt or order number, as this must be presented at the time of return.

Please note that refunds processed in-store will be issued to the same payment card that was used to place the original order.

Please note: During certain periods, we extend our exchange and return deadline. This may apply, for example, during the Christmas and New Year period.
